Our jewellery is gold or silver plated over base metal and may include artificial stones. Plating colour and finish may vary slightly from the photos on screen.

3. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, technical issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in INR (₹).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• GST or applicable taxes may be added where required.

Payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates depend on order quantity, stock and courier availability.

Custom, bridal and bulk orders are arranged for individual customers based on the details you share.

• Please confirm design, colour and quantity before approving a quote.
• Approvals cannot be reversed after preparation begins.

All website content, including logos, branding, graphics, product photos and designs, is the property of FlowUP.

Unauthorised copying or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

FlowUP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use, delivery delays or misuse.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.
